Buscamos uma pessoa Cientista de Dados Sênior para atuar no time de Data & AI, liderando técnicamente o desenvolvimento de soluções com LLMs, IA Generativa e Agentes de IA aplicadas a Customer Interactions.

Essa posição exige maturidade técnica, visão de negócio e capacidade de transformar novas tecnologias de IA em soluções seguras, escaláveis e com impacto real na experiência do cliente e nos resultados do banco.

Aqui seu papel será:

Liderar técnicamente o desenvolvimento de soluções com LLMs e Agentes de IA;
Projetar aplicações utilizando RAG, tool calling, APIs e bases de conhecimento;
Definir estratégias de avaliação, experimentação e monitoramento das soluções;
Integrar soluções de IA com dados, sistemas e processos do banco;
Trabalhar com Python, SQL, Databricks, PySpark e ambientes cloud;
Orientar tecnicamente o time e disseminar boas práticas;
Traduzir problemas de negócio em soluções de IA e comunicar resultados para stakeholders;
Identificar oportunidades de evolução da experiência do cliente com GenAI.

Requisitos Imprescindíveis:

Experiência sólida com Python, SQL e dados em escala;
Experiência prática com LLMs e IA Generativa;
Conhecimento de RAG, embeddings, busca semântica e tool/function calling;
Experiência na construção de Agentes de IA ou workflows com LLMs;
Conhecimento de avaliação de soluções de GenAI, incluindo qualidade, alucinação, segurança, latência e custo;
Experiência com Databricks, PySpark ou plataformas similares;
Capacidade de traduzir desafios de negócio em soluções técnicas;
Autonomia e boa comunicação com stakeholders seniores.

Requisitos Desejáveis:

Conhecimento de Responsible AI, segurança e governança;
Inglês e/ou espanhol avançado.
