Job Description Summary:

At The Coca‑Cola Company, our International Treasury Services (ITS) team plays a critical role in managing liquidity, mitigating risk, and supporting business continuity across more than 300 entities worldwide. We are seeking a Director, International Treasury to lead global cash management strategies, FX risk mitigation, and working capital optimization, while enabling growth through disciplined financial governance and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

Manage cross-border liquidity and cash movements in complex markets.
Anticipate and respond to FX volatility, sanctions, regulatory shifts, and liquidity challenges globally.
Optimize capital structures and support enterprise-level Working Capital improvement programs (factoring, supply chain financing).
Partner with Tax, Legal, M&A, and Finance on strategic transactions and post-acquisition integration.
Drive automation and digital treasury solutions for reporting and governance.

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years in Corporate Treasury for a multinational; hands-on FX risk management experience required.
Proven ability to navigate complex global banking frameworks and compliance requirements.
Strong knowledge of Treasury systems, working capital tools, and hedging practices.
Background in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CTP preferred.
Agile and influential leader who thrives in high-stakes, fast-changing environments.
