  • Establish and manage a centralized KOL database and governance framework, including KOL identification, selection, usage, budgeting, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration across business units and markets.
  • Deliver a KOL strategy aligned with business and portfolio priorities, focusing on key account segments, decision-makers and influencers, major product launches, prioritized customer journeys, and the 24-month campaign plan.

  • You have strong clinical expertise and knowledge of the coronary interventional imaging domain and/or knowledge of the minimally invasive space along with exceptional leadership, influencing, organizational, and project management skills. You can prioritize effectively, think strategically, build and maintain executive-level relationships, and collaborate across global teams. Bonus qualifications include international/global experience, experience developing corporate learning and development strategies, and proficiency with CRM/project management tools and vendor partnerships.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional or military experience. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You are an effective communicator who can present to diverse internal and external audiences, including executive leadership, business partners, and Key Opinion Leaders. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a field role.
