Director, Programmatic

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Programmatic based in United States.

This role offers end-to-end ownership of programmatic strategy, execution, and performance across a portfolio of medium to large client accounts.
You’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on campaign management, directly overseeing campaigns and driving measurable business outcomes.
As the primary programmatic lead, you’ll translate growth objectives into sophisticated media strategies across leading DSPs and emerging platforms.
You’ll build trusted client relationships through strategic recommendations, performance storytelling, testing roadmaps, and proactive problem-solving.
The role also offers an opportunity to mentor programmatic talent while helping establish and scale a high-performing team.
You’ll work closely with analytics, creative, and account teams in a fast-moving agency environment that values ownership, data-driven decision-making, and innovation.
