Director / Senior Director FSP Operational Delivery Lead

This is a senior executive leadership role overseeing strategic FSP portfolios, client partnerships, and global delivery organizations across EMEA.
You will shape portfolio strategy, operational performance, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives across complex clinical services environments.
The role combines executive client leadership with commercial responsibility, organizational development, and long-term business growth.
You will advise senior stakeholders, lead governance and business reviews, manage complex escalations, and identify opportunities for innovation and account expansion.
A major focus will be driving digital transformation through analytics, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and more efficient operating models.
You will also lead and develop senior managers, strengthen leadership pipelines, and champion organizational change across distributed teams.
