Director, Worldwide Tax

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Worldwide Tax based in Czechia.

This senior leadership role will oversee a global tax function within a growing, acquisition-oriented technology organization.
You will shape worldwide tax strategy across U.S. and international taxation, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, tax accounting, and compliance.
The role provides direct exposure to senior finance leadership and requires close partnership with Accounting, Treasury, Legal, Corporate Development, and international teams.
You will lead complex tax planning, cross-border structuring, M&A due diligence, and integration activities across multiple jurisdictions.
The position also carries responsibility for developing a team and managing relationships with major external tax advisors.
A key focus will be modernizing tax operations through AI, automation, analytics, and improved data capabilities.
