零售DTP专员 - Retail - 长沙

岗位职责：

1.根据内外部监管对药房的合规风险管理要求，进行持续培训和帮助能力建设，强化DTP合规运营体系，落实内外部管理要求

2.制定DTP区域市场策略和计划，赋能DTP药房专业服务力，优化患者治疗体验，以支持BU业务目标

3.深入分析市场趋势，精准把握政策导向，推动DTP 模式的探索优化, 协调内外部沟通及落地运营，如：内外部相关部门对接沟通；KPI制定及跟踪；产品准入与退出等

岗位要求：

1.经验：2年及以上肿瘤（MNC）或DTP渠道管理相关经验

2.核心能力：

-具备优秀的数据分析和逻辑思考能力，和PPT 制作及汇报能力

-良好的沟通及协调能力，具有冲突管理能力

-学习能力强，韧性强，能够接受较高频出差
