Required

Basic computer science and IT fundamentals

Understanding of OS, networking and security basics

Basic Linux / Windows and command-line skills

Good logical troubleshooting and problem solving

Clear communication and teamwork

Curiosity, ownership and willingness to learn.

Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, VPN
