Sumário

Responsável por auxiliar a área de Contabilidade, elaborar as conciliações contábeis, auxiliar nos lançamentos manuais e controle dos arquivos.

Principais Responsabilidades

Conciliações contábeis;
Lançamentos manuais solicitados;
Lançamento de provisões solicitados;
Suporte nos controles de Ativo Fixo;
Suporte nas contagens de inventário;
Controle de arquivos (conciliações, lançamentos);
Suporte no controle e apropriação das despesas antecipadas;
Suporte na rotina do contas a receber;
Envio de informações para o banco para geração de boletos;
Suporte na administração da carteira de Recebíveis da empresa;
Suporte na preparação de documentos para a auditoria interna e externa;

Qualificações

Cursando Ciências contabeis
Inglês intermediário.
