We are looking for a passionate, results-orientated Program Manager to join our 3P Transportation Execution team. In this role, you will manage programs that contribute to the overall 3P Transportation and wider Amazon business goals — delivering impact for both our customers and the business.

Depending on business need, the role may involve leading or contributing to areas such as Quality Management, Capacity Management, Speed Enhancement, Defect Resolution, or Continuous Improvement initiatives across our 3P carrier network. You will use data to generate insights, identify opportunities, and drive outcomes.

The role involves partnering with both internal and external stakeholders — including our 3P carrier partners (Postal, Parcel, and Express carriers) and their operational leadership teams. You will build collaborative relationships, navigate competing priorities, and drive performance improvements that benefit customers and the business alike.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and ever-changing environment. You will prioritise effectively and maintain clarity in high-tempo environments, distil complexity into clear narratives, and actively seek to invent and simplify. You will have a bias for action — moving quickly to ensure the best possible experience for customers. You will embrace AI and automation — including agentic technologies — to remove manual processes, generate data-driven insights, and unlock scalable new ways of working. Above all, you will be passionate about improving the customer experience and raising the bar on behalf of the customers we serve.

Key job responsibilities
* Use data to generate observations, hypotheses, and actionable insights — deep diving into performance metrics, network models, and forecasting to identify root causes and drive resolution
* Leverage AI, automation, and agentic technologies to enhance productivity, remove manual processes, and deliver scalable solutions
* Partner with 3P carriers (Postal, Parcel, and Express) and their operational leadership teams to drive performance improvements
* Build collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, navigating competing priorities with diplomacy and tenacity
* Contribute to the overall 3P Transportation Execution and wider Amazon business goals, delivering impact for both customers and the business
* Depending on business need, the role may involve leading or contributing to one or more of the following areas:
- Quality Management — driving delivery accuracy, defect resolution, and customer satisfaction improvements across 3P carrier partners
- Capacity Management — optimizing carrier utilization, readiness, and volume planning
- Speed Enhancement — developing and executing programs to improve delivery speed and promise
- Network Development — contributing to strategies that support business growth across domestic and cross-border carrier arcs
- Continuous Improvement — identifying and driving initiatives that remove waste, simplify processes, and raise the bar across the 3P carrier network

Basic qualifications

- Experience in program or project management
- Experience with Excel

Preferred qualifications

- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
