We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate new colleague based in Copenhagen.

PwC's Danish Workforce and Rewards team helps companies address important rewards, performance and workforce challenges. The impact of our work has enabled us to grow our client base and our team, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the next stage of our development. 

We create value by turning complex rewards and workforce challenges into practical solutions that support our clients' business priorities and deliver meaningful outcomes for their organisations and people. 

You will work with experienced colleagues across areas such as AI, legal, tax and data. By bringing together specialist perspectives and deep rewards expertise, we help clients solve broader and more complex people challenges. This collaborative environment not only enables us to create greater impact for our clients, but also provides a strong platform for you to develop your experience, broaden your expertise and grow your career within PwC. 

Work with people, performance and rewards 

Together with the leading Partner and your team, you will drive client engagements and deliver meaningful solutions. You will use your expertise, draw on the knowledge of colleagues and build trusted client relationships. 

Your areas of responsibility will include: 

• Designing and implementing incentive programmes 

• Helping companies identify suitable remuneration benchmarks 

• Designing remuneration packages that attract, motivate and retain talent 

• Developing job architectures, from standard frameworks to tailored solutions 

• Helping companies improve and run their annual rewards cycles 

• Preparing companies for the EU Pay Transparency Directive, from design through implementation and communication 

• Supporting clients with other matters related to pay and performance. 

Contribute with your rewards or consulting experience 

We know that no one can do everything in advance. What matters most is that you are motivated to create impact, learn and collaborate. We imagine that you: 

• Have at least five years of professional experience in rewards or management consulting 

• Take ownership, aim to make a difference and deliver high-quality outcomes 

• Learn quickly and want to further develop your experience to create impact for organisations 

• Have strong analytical skills and can identify and address client needs 

• Have solid experience managing impactful projects 

• Are proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools 

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are flexible in meeting client expectations 

• Have a relevant education in economics, finance or business 

• Are fluent in English and Danish.
