The Position

We are looking for a responsible and independent university student (2nd–3rd year of Bachelor's studies or 1st year of Master's studies in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field) for a long-term student position (part-time job) to join our Finance Lab Team.

Basic accounting knowledge is essential for this role. Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not a requirement—we will gladly teach you everything you need.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative support for the finance department
Assisting with the processing and verification of financial and operational documents
Supporting internal database management
Assisting with the creation of receptance's ports, analyses, and documentation
Assisting in resolving discrepancies
Other ad-hoc tasks related to the scope of work as assigned

Who You Are

University student with minimum Education Level: 2n-3rd year of BC studies or 1st year Master studies in Economics, Finance, Business or related field
Slovak language at native level and English Upper-Intermediate Level (B2)
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and be able to work independently as well as be part of a Finance Team
Willingness to learn and collaborate on team tasks
Time flexibility (approx. 20 hours per week be able to work alongside studies)

Hourly Salary starts from 8 EUR gross.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected minimum hourly rate for this position, based on the primary location of Bratislava Pribinova is . Pay for this position will be pro-rated for the contracted working hours. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
