Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) is seeking a Full Life Cycle Recruiter to support hiring for early career technical talent. In this role, you will partner with business teams to understand hiring needs for specialized Software Development Engineer (SDE) and technical roles, build sourcing and assessment strategies to attract top campus talent, manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle, and deliver a high-quality experience through operational excellence.

The ideal candidate earns trust and influences independently with hiring managers, cross-functional partners, and program teams. They plan and prioritize against customer targets, use metrics to drive results, and navigate high-volume periods and ambiguity with focus and adaptability. Success in this role requires demonstrated problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously, and extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and campus recruiting.

Key job responsibilities
• Partner with business-line hiring managers, Industry Talent Acquisition partners, peer recruiters, and centralized AUTA program teams to deliver early career technical hiring strategies across specialized SDE roles.
• Manage candidates from sourcing through offer acceptance, ensuring timely progression within academic recruiting timelines.
• Deliver weekly business reviews with metrics, pipeline updates, and status reporting to customers and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain scalable recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines, and formal tracking processes.
• Conduct hiring manager intakes to align on role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Collaborate with university relations and school engagement teams to align campus outreach with talent pipeline needs for specialized technical roles.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, pilots, and standard operating procedures that support AUTA's mission to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes at scale.

Basic qualifications

- 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
- Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

Preferred qualifications

- Experience recruiting technical talent in competitive markets
- Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
- Experience in utilizing data and analytical skills to create, measure, and scale workflows to achieve accelerated hiring goals
- Familiarity with academic recruiting cycles, university career services partnerships, and early career talent programs

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
