From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.

You have built diverse candidate pipelines and helped hiring managers build inclusive teams.
You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Japanese (written and spoken fluency in both are required.)
You have a relentless focus on delivering a high-touch, high-quality recruiting experience, while respecting candidates’ and hiring managers’ time.
You can multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
You’re a team player with an optimistic attitude, and you’re comfortable wearing many hats in a smaller organization.
You have owned the end-to-end hiring process at global SaaS companies.
You have managed roles and candidates across regions outside of Japan.
You’re a Notion power user!
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Skills and AI tools this role asks for
Questions you could be asked
- How do you decide when an AI agent can act on its own versus asking for approval first?
- Tell me about a project where full cycle recruiting was part of your work. What did you do?
- Tell me about a project where talent acquisition was part of your work. What did you do?
- Tell me about a project where sourcing was part of your work. What did you do?
- Tell me about a project where go to market was part of your work. What did you do?
Adapt your resume
- List these exact terms on your resume: AI Agents, Full Cycle Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, and Go To Market. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
- Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them — a tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
