Job Description:

The Billing Admin Associate is responsible for processing and managing customer billing activities, ensuring invoices are accurate, timely and compliant with company policies and customer rules. This role supports billing operations, resolves customer billing inquiries, analyzes billing data, and helps maintain data integrity and revenue accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Generate, review and distribute customer invoices.
Ensure billing accuracy and maintain invoice records.
Make invoice adjustments upon requests.
Prepare billing reports.
Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes.
Investigate and address billing or fraud-related issues.
Monitor billing controls to support accurate revenue recognition.
Analyze billing data and identify process improvement opportunities.
Provide administrative and operational support for billing activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues.

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred educational background in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, International Business or other related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
65% proficiency in English
