FUNCIÓN PRINCIPAL
Se dedica a realizar operaciones básicas de financiación y captación de usuarios y, además, ofrece productos bancarios como tarjetas de crédito, cuentas de ahorro y cuenta corriente. Asesorar y atender integralmente a los clientes en temas comerciales y operativos, de manera eficiente, amable y diligente, garantizando la mejor experiencia. Apoyar al Gerente en actividades de control, operativas y administrativas para garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA
Profesional o estudiantes de noveno semestre en Administración, Banca y Finanzas, Economía y carreras afín al sector financiero.
EXPERIENCIA
2 años de experiencia en cargos comerciales con orientación de servicio al cliente
CONOCIMIENTOS TECNICOS
Conocimiento Guía Operativa Nacar
Conocimiento y manejo aplicativo Sigdoc
Conocimientos contables y financieros
Conocimiento Información Grannet de: Gestión comercial, Fichas de rentabilidad, Reportes de provisiones, gestor documental entre otros.
