Global eCommerce Senior Specialist CMA CGM Senegal(H/F)

YOUR ROLE

Regional expert for all digital products under responsibility, providing strategic guidance and operational leadership to drive deployment, adoption and performance against Digital Agency targets, and contributing to global taskforces without direct team management responsibility

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Strategic alignment

•Advise Regional GM/CCO and countries on eCommerce priorities; align regional/local action plans with global Digital Agency strategy.

Deployment & adoption

•Execute deployment plans for digital products: trainings, webinars, internal communication and network animation.

•Drive adoption against scorecard targets; monitor regional/country performance and report progress to management.

•Analyze data to target the right customer segments and execute local actions: customer meetings, lead conversion and external webinars.

Network animation & upskilling

•Animate the regional eCommerce network, maintain digital knowledge, promote eLearnings and contribute to upskilling the regional team.

•Influence agencies and cross-functional teams without hierarchical authority.

Product expertise & taskforces

•Maintain product expertise; centralize evolution requests/business opportunities and support escalated agency/customer cases.

•Contribute to global taskforces: documentation, marketing requests, eLearning, communication, qualification, BI/watch and benchmarks.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

Preferably master’s degree in business administration, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, IT 
or a related field

3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing or project management

Experience in working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (websites, APIs, EDI, mobile apps) and their integration into the customer journey.

Customer centric mindset with strong interest for digital transformation and customer experience.

Results-driven, proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills
