Growth Marketing Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist based in Netherlands.

This hands-on role will drive demand generation across a diverse mix of paid, owned and community marketing channels.
You will build, launch and optimize campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, webinars, events and community platforms.
Working closely with Growth Marketing and Marketing Operations, you will ensure campaigns are well executed, automated, tracked and continuously improved.
The role is highly execution-focused, with direct ownership of campaign performance and day-to-day optimization.
You will use data to identify underperformance, uncover opportunities and run practical experiments that improve results and pipeline generation.
With demand-generation foundations continuing to evolve, you will have meaningful space to introduce ideas and improve how campaigns are delivered.
This is a fully remote opportunity in a fast-moving SaaS environment with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
