Job Description & Summary

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, partnering closely with them to deliver people strategies that enable performance, engagement, and growth. You will play a key role in aligning HR priorities with business objectives, supporting organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee relations, and workforce planning.

What you’ll do

Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into effective people strategies
Provide strategic and day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle
Lead workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and succession planning
Support employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution of issues
Lead or support initiatives related to engagement, retention, diversity and inclusion, and culture
Analyse people data and trends to identify opportunities and recommend actions
Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and other HR teams to deliver integrated solutions
Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives
Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, people management, and team development
Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices are applied effectively and consistently

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5–10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally including HR business partnering
Strong understanding of core HR practices, employment law, and employee relations
Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism, discretion, and business acumen
Experience supporting senior leaders and/or working in matrixed organizations
Exposure to organizational change, talent management, and workforce planning
Familiarity with HR systems and people analytics
