Responsibilities:  

Architect and lead enterprise-scale GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.

Design and implement multi-agent systems, RAG architectures, AI copilots, enterprise knowledge assistants and AI workflow automation platforms.

Lead end-to-end AI product development from ideation to production deployment.

Establish AI engineering standards, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and governance.

Build scalable AI platforms leveraging cloud-native services and modern MLOps / LLMOps practices.

Guide engineering teams through architecture, design reviews, and technical mentoring.

Work directly with clients to define AI strategy, use cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans.

Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cloud, Cyber, and Business teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Mandatory skill sets:  

5–8 years of technology experience with 3+ years in GenAI / LLM engineering.

Strong expertise in LLMs and foundation models, Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures, advanced RAG frameworks, prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, AI governance and Responsible AI, vector databases and knowledge retrieval.

Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, Azure, AWS, GCP, MLflow, Databricks, Fabric, and Kubernetes.

Strong Python and software engineering background.

Experience building AI Copilots and enterprise AI platforms.

Preferred skill sets:  

Experience leading AI engineering teams.

Exposure to AI product management and solution architecture.

Experience with multimodal AI, document intelligence, and enterprise search.

Relevant certifications in Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent.
