Our production operations exist to serve engineering excellence—not the other way around.We are seeking a highly capable Industrial Engineer to lead the improvement, modernization, and automation of our UHPC and precast production operations across our UAE-based production facilities.This is a hands-on, site-based role that requires regular presence on the factory floor to analyze processes, implement improvements, and work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams.Role OverviewThe Industrial Engineer will be responsible for driving process optimization, automation, and systems improvement within a high-precision, project-driven manufacturing environment. The role is critical to enhancing productivity, consistency, quality, and scalability across multiple production locations.
