The Senior Technical Program Manager, GTM Technology leads delivery of cross-functional programs for Harvey's go-to-market systems. They join the program management team in Business Technology, Harvey's IT organization. This role ensures multi-team GTM technology programs are well planned, coordinated across teams, and delivered on time. They work with GTM systems and integrations teams to deliver programs for Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance. It is an opportunity to deliver high-impact programs at an AI-native company as an early member of a growing program management team.

• Own end-to-end delivery of Business Technology's most strategic lead-to-cash programs, from planning through launch and retrospective.

• Align cross-functional program teams on scope, sequencing, and milestones for programs that span CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and CPQ.

• Coordinate delivery across Business Technology's GTM systems and integrations teams to keep programs on plan.

• Surface risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early, and drive them to decisions with the right owners.

• Give leadership clear visibility into program health through concise written updates, without adding overhead for delivery teams.

• Contribute to shared, AI-enabled program practices that help the team deliver faster as Business Technology scales.

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management or a related role, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional GTM systems programs at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.

• Experience leading at least one quote-to-cash, CRM, CPQ, or billing systems program end to end.

• Working knowledge of GTM systems such as Salesforce and how they connect, enough to understand trade-offs and ask the right questions of systems teams.

• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance without direct authority.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to distill complex programs into clear narratives for executive audiences.

• Sound judgment on process and comfort with ambiguity. You right-size structure to the program and default to simple, AI-enabled ways of working.
