Join the Project Athena team, where we are revolutionizing the employee experience through intelligent self-service. We build cutting-edge portals integrating M365, Google Workspace, and advanced AI capabilities to empower end-users and streamline support. As a key member of our team, you will design and develop full-stack solutions, AI agents, and service APIs that transform how our workforce interacts with enterprise technology.
Your Impact
You will lead the technical design and implementation of complex software systems, focusing on full-stack solutions and AI integrations for Project Athena. By developing robust enterprise service APIs and AI-based self-service portals, you will directly reduce the need for traditional support cases. You will orchestrate AI agents, build Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, and integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Graph and Google Workspace APIs to deliver a unified, intelligent user experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors + 7 years of related experience, or Masters + 4 years of related experience, or PhD + 1 year of related experience, or equivalent related work experience.
- Proven track record in full-stack software engineering, including designing and developing complex, scalable web applications and enterprise service APIs.
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-based self-service portals, utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering techniques.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks, specifically Python (FastAPI/FastMCP), Node.js/TypeScript, and React.
- Extensive experience integrating with enterprise platforms using Microsoft Graph API, Google Workspace APIs, and implementing secure authentication via OAuth 2.0/Entra ID.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced experience in AI agent orchestration and building Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
- Deep understanding of system architecture principles for highly available, distributed cloud applications.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and associated scripting for automation and system integration tasks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to optimize application performance and user experience.
- Experience acting as a senior individual contributor, guiding technical design discussions and driving best practices within cross-functional teams.
