Lead LiveOps & Monetization Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead LiveOps & Monetization Designer based in India.

As a Lead LiveOps & Monetization Designer, you will take hands-on ownership of the game’s monetization strategy and LiveOps execution.
You will design, configure, launch, and optimize offers, promotions, events, pricing, and targeted campaigns across frequent release cycles.
Your work will directly influence revenue, player engagement, conversion, retention, and long-term player value.
You will analyze player behavior, progression, purchasing patterns, and economy performance to identify new monetization opportunities.
Working closely with Product, Design, Analytics, QA, Development, and Art teams, you will turn concepts into reliable in-game experiences.
You will also lead the LiveOps team, establish priorities, improve workflows, and support consistent execution across initiatives.
