Lead Sales Specialist - MarTech

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Sales Specialist - MarTech based in Canada.

This is a strategic, customer-facing sales role focused on helping enterprise marketers adopt modern marketing technology and AI-powered solutions.
You will build and manage a pipeline of MarTech opportunities while guiding customers through complex, consultative buying journeys.
The role combines commercial ownership with deep subject-matter expertise across customer data, engagement, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation.
You will work directly with senior marketing leaders, translating sophisticated technology into clear business outcomes and measurable value.
Close collaboration with Account Executives, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations will be central to your success.
You will also help develop repeatable sales plays, enablement resources, and best practices that strengthen the broader commercial organization.
The position is fully remote, with opportunities to collaborate across teams and time zones throughout Canada and the United States.
