Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic legal counsel to business teams to support commercial objectives and mitigate risk in North Africa and Middle East markets
Conduct legal risk assessments and recommend practical, business-focused solutions.
Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of commercial agreements.
Support contract disputes, investigations, and litigation matters in partnership with internal stakeholders.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments and translate them into actionable business guidance.
Drive initiatives that strengthen collaboration, inclusion, and culture within the legal function.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and organizational effectiveness.

Essential Requirements

Qualified lawyer with active bar admission in Egypt.
Around five years of experience providing legal support in a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of commercial law, contract drafting, negotiation, and legal risk management.
Proven ability to deliver practical legal advice that supports business objectives.
Fluency in Arabic and English, French would be a plus
Experience working effectively within a complex, matrixed international organization.
