Manufacturing Finance BP

Support the financial performance of multiple Philips manufacturing sites across the United States by driving cost visibility, financial analysis, and budgeting activities while partnering with operations and finance stakeholders.

Your role:

• Provide financial support for multiple U.S.-based manufacturing sites within the IGTD organization, helping ensure accurate cost monitoring and strong financial performance across locations.

• Monitor production costs, analyze operational results, and provide insights that support effective business and operational decision-making.

• Partner with Production Managers and Cost Center Owners to understand business drivers, challenge assumptions, and improve financial outcomes.

• Support budgeting, planning, and financial control activities in close collaboration with Yesenia Segura and the broader finance team.

• Act as a bridge between Operations and Accounting by reviewing financial impacts, validating manufacturing cost information, and collaborating to ensure transactions and reporting accurately reflect operational activities.

You're the Right Fit If

• You have 4+ years of experience in finance, controlling, accounting, financial planning and analysis, or a related function within a global manufacturing environment.

• You have a strong understanding of the full accounting cycle and can effectively engage, challenge, and partner with accounting teams on financial topics.

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• You have experience working with business stakeholders such as Production Managers and Cost Center Owners, translating operational needs into financial insights.

• You have advanced English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams and stakeholders.
