Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for Senior Financial Analyst.

Purpose:

This role serves as a finance partner to the commercial organization, providing timely analysis and insights that support business decisions and disciplined execution. The position contributes to planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management processes; monitors key financial drivers; identifies risks and opportunities; and collaborates with Finance and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into clear financial actions.

You will be responsible for:

• Support commercial and cross-functional stakeholders with financial analysis, performance explanations, and data-driven recommendations.
• Prepare inputs for business plans, forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reviews, ensuring projections are connected to key business drivers.
• Develop variance, scenario, profitability, and trend analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
• Maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools, improving data quality, transparency, and process efficiency.
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, variance explanations, and reporting accuracy.
• Help ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, internal controls, and governance requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and continuous-improvement projects, completing assigned deliverables with quality and timeliness.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Typically 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, controlling, accounting, or commercial finance.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into clear business insights.
• Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and management reporting.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to clarify assumptions and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, organize work independently, and deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership of assigned deliverables, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Learning agility, sound judgment, and comfort working through ambiguity and change.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP, planning, visualization, or analytics tools is preferred.
• English proficiency required.
• Demonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices, and has experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity.
