Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a dynamic and influential Marketing Coordinator to supporting the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns for our theatrical division.
The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the development of campaign strategies, go-to-market planning and facilitating cross-organization collaboration and communications. This role will have a chance to work closely with creative, PR, social media, and distribution teams, and support shaping integrated marketing initiatives from conception to launch. This position offers hands-on experience in developing and executing promotional strategies, managing project timelines, coordinating assets, and analyzing campaign performance for one of the world's leading entertainment brands. The ideal candidate will thrive in our fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
Key job responsibilities
- Assist in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns for film releases
- Coordinate with creative, social, and PR teams, as well as agencies to help create integrated marketing campaigns
- Drive team organization and management of operational processes
- Manage creation of marketing deck presentations
- Create and distribute regular status updates to internal stakeholders
- Provide admin and operational support for the Marketing Strategy team
Basic qualifications
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience in a marketing role
Preferred qualifications
- Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges
- Experience in entertainment and/or working in the film industry
- Presentation design skills

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
