【業務内容】
作成された日々の計画に沿って、作業工程が計画通りに円滑に進むようサポートを行います。
･社内ツールを使った生産管理業務
･チームメンバーと一緒に現場の課題に対し改善プランの策定、実行
･DSP (運送業務委託先) と協力して配送状況の把握
･安全・品質・作業効率の向上に向けたプロジェクトの立案および推進
･標準作業手順書（SOP）の作成や業務標準化の推進

*マネージャーやチームのサポートのもと上記業務を行っていただきます。
*デリバリーステーション内での配送を通して、物流の仕組みやマネージメントを学べます。
*マネージャーへのキャリアアップや社内公募による他部署への異動のチャンスもあります。
*勤務はシフト制、4勤3休の10時間勤務+休憩1時間となります。
