Resumen del Puesto:**
Analista de Ingeniería de Operaciones I-3. Responsable de apoyar la optimización de procesos operativos y la implementación de soluciones tecnológicas para mejorar la eficiencia y resiliencia de la infraestructura del banco.
Responsabilidades:**
* Colaborar en el diseño, implementación y mantenimiento de herramientas y sistemas para la automatización de procesos operativos.
* Realizar análisis de rendimiento de sistemas y aplicaciones, identificando cuellos de botella y proponiendo mejoras.
* Participar en la documentación de procedimientos operativos estándar (SOPs) y guías técnicas.
* Apoyar en la resolución de incidentes y problemas operativos, escalando según sea necesario y contribuyendo a la identificación de la causa raíz.
* Monitorear la infraestructura tecnológica y las aplicaciones, asegurando su disponibilidad y correcto funcionamiento.
* Contribuir en la evaluación y selección de nuevas tecnologías que puedan optimizar las operaciones bancarias.
* Mantenerse actualizado sobre las mejores prácticas de ingeniería de operaciones y tendencias tecnológicas.
Cualificaciones:**
* Título universitario en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Telecomunicaciones o campo relacionado.
* Experiencia mínima de 1 a 3 años en roles similares, preferiblemente en el sector bancario o financiero.
* Conocimientos sólidos en sistemas operativos (Linux/Windows Server), bases de datos (SQL, NoSQL) y redes.
* Familiaridad con herramientas de monitoreo (ej., Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus).
* Experiencia básica con lenguajes de scripting (ej., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
* Capacidad para analizar problemas complejos y proponer soluciones efectivas.
* Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
* Orientación al detalle y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
