We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic professional candidate to join Payoneer. This Role is critical in driving our APAC + China regions’ expansion and operational excellence to streamline the entire ops process.

The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of top-tier strategic thinking and hands-on data analysis. To ensure seamless collaboration with local partners and stakeholders, fluency in either Japanese or Vietnamese is a mandatory requirement for this position.

 What you will do

• Collaborate and track the development of GTM strategies for new features and products tailored to APAC market. Able to design a localized process to seamless the CX.
• Able to utilize data analysis to identify potential opportunities and optimize the funnel for operation team to meet customer expectations.
• Monitor competitive landscapes, and business trend in the APAC digital markets. Translate local nuances into global product requirements.
• Work closely with GTM, product, and local operations teams to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
• Evaluate potential partners in the payment industry, leading strategic discussions and contributing to deal negotiation with vendors.

Who you are

• Finance/Economics Bachelor/Master’s degree. Minimum 5+ years of work experience in payment/consulting/e-commerce companies
• Fluent in English and either Japanese or Vietnamese (both written and spoken) to effectively manage local stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of APAC local business, and regulatory nuances
• Professional experience in leading cross function programs to improve customer experience with business tactical initiatives
• Strong data analysis skill is a plus.
