About Ramp

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.

The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.

We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.

The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

About the Role

Ramp is in a critical phase of growth, and paid social is one of the fastest ways we reach new businesses. This role owns the day-to-day of Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok ads: building campaigns, getting them live, and tuning them once they’re running. You’ll help set where budget flows, drive what we test next, and decide what gets killed. You’ll work alongside an experienced marketing team with the creative, analytical, and technical resources to deliver on ambitious growth goals. This is a key role in which you’ll be uniquely positioned to contribute to Ramp’s growth by helping operate some of our fastest-growing demand generation channels.

What You'll Do

  • Help operate our paid Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok programs, including hands-on campaign setup, targeting, budgets, tracking, QA, reporting, and daily optimization.

  • Translate performance data into clear recommendations for creative, targeting, and testing.

  • Own smaller campaigns and product launches end to end, from stakeholder alignment and briefing through build, deployment post-launch analysis, and reporting.

  • Partner with creative strategists, designers, copywriters, product marketers, and analytics teams to bring campaigns to market.

  • Develop structured testing plans across audiences, creative, messaging, formats, and placements

  • Maintain strong operational standards across naming conventions, documentation, measurement, and campaign governance.

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows through templates, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

  • Grow into channel planning and broader paid acquisition strategy.

What You Need

  • 4+ years of experience managing paid social or performance marketing campaigns

  • Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  • A strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding, budgeting, tracking, attribution, and optimization

  • Experience working across both creative testing and media execution

  • Experience building repeatable campaign templates, operating systems, and AI-assisted workflows

  • Ability to interpret performance data and turn it into clear, actionable decisions

  • Strong project management skills and confidence owning initiatives from brief through launch

  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly when building, trafficking, and QAing campaigns

  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment

  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder-management skills

  • A proactive, ownership-oriented approach and an interest in growing into broader strategic responsibility

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in paid social for B2B, SaaS, fintech, or financial products

  • Experience leading integrated product or feature launches

  • Knowledge of incrementality testing, experimentation frameworks, and measurement strategy

  • Experience with landing-page testing and conversion-rate optimization

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, automation, and reporting tools

  • A strong point of view on what makes paid creative effective across different platforms

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: Paid Social, Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, Growth Marketing, and Automation. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them — a tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
  • Put the AI tool in a bullet point about what you did, not just in a skills list — this role treats it as a required part of the job.
