The Partner Growth Marketing team (Fuse) within Amazon’s Corporate Business Development group enables partners across multiple verticals to resell our subscription services. You will work with Amazon partners across MEA and have a direct impact on end customers, seeking to maximize acquisition and customer retention with these partners across existing and new customer segments and offers. Our partners leverage Amazon’s services to drive differentiated offerings and streamlined access for their customers across the globe.
We are looking for growth performance leaders to help us drive great results and grow our established subscription member bases, while help us launch new ones. Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated an ability to build successful launch and growth strategies, by diving deep into the insights around customer data including video streaming and online shopping usage trends, all the way through the funnel. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively and independently, building trust across internal teams and particularly, external partners. This person must also have experience in creating centralized programs that can be leveraged on a global scale, both directly and by others. Above all, this person must have a passion for understanding what drives a great consumer experience (CX) across both the digital and physical space. The candidate should possess a builder/start-up mentality and work well in ambiguous situations.
This position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. and will report to our Head of Fuse in MEA, based in Dubai. The role will be held accountable to deliver on team and partner goals around partnerships that specifically drive new customers and sustained engagement.
Key job responsibilities
- Own existing strategic partner accounts; fostering senior partner exec relationships, leading regular QBRs, driving deal optimizations and re-negotiations, always cognizant of the interplay with other Amazon departments.
- Deliver against an annual forecast of Prime subscriptions driven by partners across MEA, with clear ownership of targets and performance.
- Drive data-driven insights - dive deep into funnel data, partner performance metrics, and customer behavior to identify actionable learnings.
- Own partner growth strategy - develop segmentation frameworks, campaign plans, offer propositions and new solutions, understanding the headroom within each opportunity
- Act as the primary point of contact for performance and growth insights on your partnerships, including reporting to Prime and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Optimize customer experience - map and improve end-to-end CX flows across partner touchpoints (both digital and physical) to maximize offer discoverability, engagement, and conversion.
- Build scalable marketing mechanisms - develop automation, playbooks, and reusable programs that drive operational efficiency across MEA and can be leveraged globally.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Prime, Retail, Product, and BD teams to deliver best-in-class campaign opportunities and assets for partners.
- Support Business Development on partnership pitches, proposals, and B2B communications that bring Amazon's subscription value proposition to life.
A day in the life
Partner Growth Managers are partner-facing, with extensive cross-functional internal and external stakeholder relationship management. PGMs will own:
- Customer understanding and segmentation strategies,
- Planning and executing growth programs (marketing, product/solutions, etc.)
- Identifying, tracking and reporting on actionable insights
- Working with Business Development (BD) on negotiations for growth opportunities
- Leading partner negotiations for and execution of complex marketing programs or new solutions
- Collaborating with central marketing, product and tech teams to prioritize and deliver various solutions including automation and CX enhancement initiatives.
Basic qualifications
- Experience Driving strategic meetings with senior executives to expand partnership priorities
- Experience thinking and working creatively to develop unique joint value propositions and product strategy within a partner ecosystem
- Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions
- Travel up to 15% of the time
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Extensive experience in growth marketing, account management and/or business development
Preferred qualifications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Turkish
- MBA, or Master's degree
- Relevant work experience in growth functions within the mobile/telecom industry, subscriptions, and/or entertainment, financial institutions and sponsorships.
