Manejo de paquete Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) a nivel intermedio.
Alta capacidad de organización y atención al detalle (fundamental para el manejo de expedientes).
Armado, organización y actualización de expedientes y carpetas físicas y digitales del personal (contratos, documentos de identidad, certificados, etc.).
Control y archivo de documentación legal y laboral conforme a los procedimientos internos.
Apoyo en la logística y preparación de materiales para las jornadas de inducción a nuevos colaboradores.
Acompañamiento en la bienvenida y entrega de elementos de ingreso al personal nuevo.
Publicación de ofertas laborales en bolsas de empleo y filtros iniciales de currículums (según se requiera).
Coordinación de agendas y contacto con candidatos para entrevistas.
Apoyo en la logística de eventos internos, clima laboral o bienestar del personal.
