We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop and support scalable business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse, combined with good knowledge of ALM, Azure DevOps, integrations, security and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Design Power Platform solutions that are scalable, secure and maintainable.
• Develop and support integrations between Power Platform and the wider Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Design and work with APIs and integration services to support data exchange between systems.
• Manage the Power Platform application lifecycle across development, test and production environments.
• Support the code and release lifecycle through Azure DevOps pipelines and Git source control.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting and deployment of Power Platform solutions.
• Apply appropriate security and governance practices throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Contribute to technical reviews, documentation and continuous improvement of development practices.

Essential Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
• Strong experience with Power Automate.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable Power Platform solutions.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD/release pipelines.
• Experience using Git source control.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Knowledge of the wider Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Experience with testing, deployment, security and governance within Power Platform environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Advantageous Experience

• Development of Custom Connectors.
• Dataverse/Dynamics plugins and C# development.
• JavaScript or TypeScript, particularly in relation to model-driven applications.
• SQL Server, including database design and implementation.
• T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or similar tools.
