Principal, Performance Marketing

This senior individual-contributor role owns the performance standard across a multi-client growth marketing portfolio.
You will monitor account health across multiple teams, identify risks early, and lead strategic interventions when performance declines.
The role combines hands-on paid media expertise with advanced analytics, coaching, and cross-functional influence.
You will work closely with growth leadership and Pod Leads to strengthen campaign strategy, performance quality, and client outcomes.
A key focus will be using AI responsibly to expand account-health monitoring, detect anomalies, and improve diagnostic workflows.
You will operate with significant autonomy, influencing through expertise and clearly defined performance standards rather than direct reporting authority.
