Procurement Manager - FinOps

Our Corporate teams support the company's performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo's Corporate function is composed of three teams: HR, Legal and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo's success.

We are looking for a Procurement Manager - FinOps with a solid background in cloud cost management and vendor negotiations. You will be part of a high-performing Procurement team and will have direct impact on one of Voodoo's largest cost lines: cloud and data infrastructure.

Your main challenges will be to:

• Own all IT indirect procurement: SaaS tools, software licences, data platforms, observability tooling, and any tech vendor relationship

• Lead global negotiations on IT spend and drive subsequent savings, running benchmarks to ensure Voodoo pays the right price

• Own cloud cost visibility (GCP, AWS) by maintaining billing data and dashboards (BigQuery exports, BI tooling) and leading monthly cost reviews with Engineering and Finance

• Build data-driven cost reduction strategies through unit economics by product and workload (cost per user, per event, per training run)

• Prepare and run cloud vendor negotiations: GCP committed-use discounts, enterprise agreements, AWS Savings Plans, renewal calendars, and price benchmarks

• Challenge internal needs and partner with Engineering on cloud optimization opportunities, including rightsizing, storage tiering, egress, and query-cost reduction

• Drive renewals to successful completion and put in place contracts and MSAs, working closely with Legal

• Track realized savings against joint targets and forecast IT and cloud spend in collaboration with FP&A

• Own procurement processes and drive strategies that deliver efficiency and ROI across the full IT scope

• 5 to 8 years of experience in FinOps, cloud cost management, procurement, or data-heavy analytics, ideally within a scale-up, hyperscaler, or cloud consulting environment

• Able to open a raw billing export and extract meaningful insights autonomously

• Solid working knowledge of cloud pricing mechanics: committed-use discounts, savings plans, spot instances, storage classes, egress pricing, and BigQuery pricing models

• Commercial mindset with the ability to build fact-based negotiation cases and drive vendor negotiations

• Credible with technical audiences: able to defend analyses in front of senior engineers and translate findings for Finance stakeholders

• Result-oriented, autonomous, and problem-solving oriented

• Willing to evolve in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in English; French is a plus

• FinOps Certified Practitioner or GCP certification is a plus

• Experience with gaming or adtech data stacks (streaming pipelines, ML workloads) is a plus
