Job Description

HPE OpsRamp is seeking a Product Manager to lead observability for AI workloads and AI infrastructure. This individual will serve as the authoritative domain expert for use cases and market opportunity related to observability of GPU-enabled AI servers, AI agents, and AI models. They will engage with customers to identify use cases and translate use cases to product requirements.

The ideal candidate brings domain knowledge of agentic AI systems, AI models, AI infrastructures, strong product leadership, and the ability to influence across functions without formal authority.

Required Qualifications

Domain background

• 3+ years of Product Management experience with complex, technical or platform products.
• Strong background in systems management, server and application performance monitoring.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals including model architectures and agentic systems.
• Hands-on experience with telemetry and high-volume data platforms.
• Ability to partner credibly with senior engineers and architects on design decisions.

Leadership & Communication

• Proven experience acting as a central authority across multiple teams or business units.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations and Field teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving alignment across competing priorities.
