This position reports to:

Sales, Service & Project Execution Leader -Taiwan

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of projects with low to middle complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Critical Power division in Taiwan. Main stakeholders are customers, subcontractors, and ABB TW and overseas technical and project relevant colleagues.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Working as a main point of contact between customers, subcontractors, and ABB internal stakeholders, playing as a communication window role in a project-based business.
Performing technical/project discussion during pre-sales stages, liaise with customers for the project needs in business development phases.
Leading the project team allocated to the project.
Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

Qualifications for the role

You are highly skilled in project-based business for equipment tools project management and execution.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering. Extensive knowledge of project management and execution on engineering base project.
You are at ease communicating in Chinese and English.
5~8 years working experience as Engineer or Project Manager
