Your future role: 

As part of our Human Capital team, you'll help bring our people strategy to life and support the continued growth of our business. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with the HR team, contributing to recruitment, employer branding and people initiatives across the firm.
  • Manage recruitment activities from sourcing talent through screening, interviews and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support hiring needs.
  • Use HR systems and talent attraction tools to manage recruitment activities, maintain data accuracy and maintain process efficiency.
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional, engaging and positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Use various recruitment and Employer Branding tools to attract candidates.
  • Play a key role in employer branding initiatives through university partnerships, career fairs, and other related activities.
  • Assist with a range of administrative processes across the HR function and support the HR Manager in day-to-day activities, projects and people initiatives.

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition;
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite tools;
  • Excellent communication skills, track record of relationship building and professionalism;
  • Ability to work independently and sense of responsibility for your projects, 
  • High attention to detail;
  • Proactive and self-drive in problem resolutions, as well as self-management attitude in dealing with everyday  tasks;
  • Experience with Workday or other HR systems would be considered an advantage.
