This role leads scalable, high-impact marketing programs across assigned regional markets, with a direct focus on revenue growth, pipeline development, retention, and cross-sell. You will work closely with regional leaders, producers, national marketing teams, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and turn them into measurable campaigns. The position combines regional ownership with responsibility for selected national initiatives that can be replicated across markets. You will use campaign data, KPI dashboards, and ROI analysis to guide priorities and resource allocation.
