About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead and grow MOZN’s business across the Center of Government, Security and Defense sectors. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing the sector strategy, driving revenue and growth, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and leading high-value opportunities across the Center of Government, Security and Defense Sector ecosystem.
The role will focus on identifying and developing opportunities for AI, analytics, data platforms, cloud and digital transformation within Center of Government, Security and Defense Sector organizations, while building strong relationships with senior decision-makers across government, defense, security and relevant industry organizations.
What you'll do
- Lead and execute MOZN’s Center of Government, Security and Defense Sector strategy in alignment with the company’s AI product roadmap and market expansion goals.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across the Center of Government, Security and Defense Sector.
- Identify and prioritize strategic opportunities for AI adoption, including intelligent automation, predictive analytics, operational efficiency, situational awareness, and data-driven decision-making.
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships with senior government, defense, security, and relevant industry stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop and manage strategic accounts, ensuring strong customer engagement and long-term partnerships.
- Lead complex, high-value sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders, procurement processes, and extended sales cycles.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales, channel, business development, and product teams to ensure cohesive market engagement.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of Center of Government, Security and Defense Sector opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting.
- Drive partnerships and alliances with system integrators, consulting firms, technology vendors, and relevant Center of Government, Security and Defense Sector ecosystem partners.
- Support the Business Development team throughout the sales process, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.
- Negotiate and close large-scale strategic deals within complex stakeholder environments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team focused on Center of Government, Security and Defense Sector accounts and opportunities.
- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Support career development and succession planning within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with Center of Government, Security and Defense Sector industry trends, emerging technologies, market dynamics, and competitive developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and strategic analysis to senior management, highlighting business performance, market trends, pipeline health, and areas for growth.
Requirements
- Saudi National.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic account management, with significant experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within technology, AI, analytics, cloud or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of government, Security & Defense procurement processes, strategic account management, commercial negotiations, and complex sales methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in leading strategic sales initiatives and managing multimillion-dollar deals.
- Established network and strong relationships with senior stakeholders across government, Security & Defense, and relevant industry organizations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of AI, analytics, data platforms, cloud or digital transformation solutions.
- Experience selling technology solutions to government, defense, security, or related organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking, business development, and market expansion capabilities.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
