We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Senior Consultant to support and advise customers on SAP HCM Payroll and Personnel Administration processes while contributing to implementation, migration, and S/4HANA transformation projects. This role combines functional consulting, solution design, customization, project delivery and customer-facing activities. Key Responsibilities:

Provide consulting and support for SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and Personnel Administration (PA) processes.
Analyze, optimize, design, and implement HR processes within SAP HCM.
Configure and customize SAP HCM solutions, including payroll schemas and rules.
Participate in SAP HCM implementation, migration and S/4HANA conversion projects.
Conduct customer workshops, gather requirements and develop solution concepts.
Define work packages, coordinate project activities and support customers through go-live and hypercare phases.
Advise customers on functional and process-related topics within SAP HCM.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
Contribute to presales and business development activities, including proposals, tenders, presentations and customer meetings.
Create and maintain project documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.
Support continuous improvement and knowledge transfer within the organization.

Required Skills & Expertize:

University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP HCM consulting experience.
Strong expertise in:
- SAP HCM Payroll (PY)
- Personnel Administration (PA)
Additional experience in one or more of the following is considered an advantage:
- Time Management (PT)
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Personnel Cost Planning (PKP)
Proven experience in SAP HCM customization, particularly payroll schemas and rules.
Strong understanding of German HR and payroll processes.
Experience with SAP HCM implementation and transformation projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent German (written and spoken) – mandatory.
Good English language skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented consulting mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for HR processes and SAP HCM innovation.
