Job Description & Summary

Somos PwC Argentina, firma líder en el mercado de servicios de Auditoría, Consultoría, Asesoramiento Impositivo, Legal y Outsourcing. Contamos con 7 oficinas distribuidas en Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Mendoza y Rosario donde atendemos las necesidades de nuestros clientes locales y, a través de nuestro Acceleration Center, exportamos conocimientos a la red global de PwC principalmente a Estados Unidos y Europa.

Como IA Engineering del equipo deberás:

Diseñar, construir e implementar sistemas de IA autónomos para automatizar procesos complejos de negocio.
Desarrollar agentes inteligentes capaces de ejecutar validaciones y reglas de negocio de forma autónoma.
Diseñar arquitecturas multiagente para la toma de decisiones basada en reglas y contexto.
Crear mecanismos de clasificación automática, enriquecimiento y procesamiento de información.
Implementar soluciones de Intake & Triage Inteligente para el enrutamiento automatizado de solicitudes.
Integrar soluciones de IA con sistemas empresariales y flujos de trabajo existentes.
Incorporar prácticas de Compliance-by-Design, garantizando trazabilidad y auditabilidad.
Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para mejorar la eficiencia y escalabilidad de las soluciones.

Requisitos y conocimientos técnicos:

2 años de experiencia en ingeniería de software y al menos 2 años trabajando en AI/ML, aplicaciones basadas en LLMs o sistemas agénticos.
Experiencia construyendo y desplegando AI Agents con capacidad de razonamiento multi-paso, tool-calling y toma de decisiones autónoma.
Dominio de Python.
Experiencia con LangChain, LangGraph y entornos HITL (Human-in-the-Loop).
Conocimientos en arquitecturas RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

Formación y experiencia:

Graduado o estudiante avanzado de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o carreras afines.
Nivel de inglés avanzado.
