Senior Account Manager - FX Whitelabel Partnerships

Ebury London - Office based

A new position has become available to enable our growing Whitelabel team to expand in London. As an Account Manager in the team you will be responsible for looking after an existing book of business and ensuring it continues to grow.

Combining strategic account management with FX dealing expertise, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership within our partner organizations. You will train partners on Ebury’s product suite, guide them on FX risk management, and structure/execute trades to maximize partner revenue and expand Ebury’s market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Relationship Management: Act as one of the main points of contact for White Label partners, conducting regular executive-level meetings to review performance, identify growth opportunities, and maximize wallet share.

  • Revenue Generation & Strategy: Work closely with partners to drive repeat and new business revenue, cross-sell high-margin products, and deliver on dealer- and account-specific KPIs.

  • Enablement & Training: Train partners on Ebury’s platform, capabilities, and market risk strategies to empower them to generate additional revenue from their own client bases.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal sales, product, and technology teams to ensure top-tier service delivery, refine trading systems, and streamline operations based on partner feedback.

  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all partners strictly adhere to Ebury’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML), KYC, and global regulatory compliance requirements.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Industry Expertise: Proven track record in B2B financial services, commercial banking, or an FX specialist environment servicing corporate/SME clients.

  • Trading & Execution Skills: Hands-on experience with FX trade execution (SPOT, FWD, Options, NDF) and trading platform operations.

  • Commercial Drive: Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets, mitigating client churn, and closing deals via phone and face-to-face engagements.

  • Education & Compliance: Strong knowledge of regulatory/AML frameworks.

  • Skilled negotiator capable of building trust and alignment at the C-suite level.

  • Energetic, self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a collaborative, office-based environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly master new trading systems and financial tools.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
