Senior Accountant - Technical Accounting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Accountant - Technical Accounting based in Germany.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to IFRS accounting and reporting within a global, fast-moving organization operating across international markets.
You will take ownership of technical accounting research, contract assessments, accounting memos, and key reporting activities.
The position combines technical accounting expertise with hands-on involvement in month-end close, consolidation, and external audits.
You will work closely with Finance leadership, Corporate Accounting, Legal, Tax, FP&A, and business teams to assess complex transactions.
Your work will help ensure accounting conclusions are well-supported, consistently applied, and aligned with applicable IFRS requirements.
The role provides exposure to a broad range of accounting topics, including revenue, leases, impairment, provisions, consolidation, and related parties.
It is well suited to an experienced accountant who brings strong judgment, attention to detail, and confidence working across a multinational environment.
