Senior Analyst, Commercial Analytics (Digital Commerce)

WHOOP is hiring a Senior Analyst to join the Commercial Analytics team and serve as a key analytics partner to our Digital Commerce business. In this role, you will own analysis and reporting across our direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels, translating data into insights that inform pricing, promotions, merchandising, and product strategy. You will help us understand what drives bookings, conversion, and margin across our digital storefronts and partner closely with Marketing Analytics to connect acquisition and traffic trends to downstream commercial performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as a key analytics partner to the Digital Commerce team, analyzing performance across direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels to identify opportunities that drive bookings, conversion, and margin growth.

• Own analysis of digital pricing and promotions, including incrementality, cannibalization, discount depth, and pull-forward, to inform promotional strategy and investment decisions.

• Analyze funnel and conversion performance, merchandising, product mix, attach rate, and average order value to understand the drivers of digital commerce performance and identify opportunities for growth.

• Own marketplace performance analysis, evaluating channel economics, assortment, pricing, and customer behavior across marketplaces and our direct-to-consumer business.

• Build scalable reporting and analytical tools that give Digital Commerce leadership visibility into channel performance, partnering with Analytics Engineering to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and trusted.

• Support commercial planning and forecasting by developing Digital Commerce inputs and channel-level drivers, and partner with Marketing Analytics to connect acquisition and traffic trends to downstream commercial outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline, ideally within e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, marketplace, subscription, or consumer products businesses.

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale transactional and behavioral data, with the ability to independently move from a business question to analysis, insight, and recommendation.

• Demonstrated experience building reporting and analytical tools that enable stakeholders to understand performance and make informed business decisions.

• Strong business acumen and experience partnering with e-commerce, commercial, merchandising, or other business stakeholders, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations and actions.

• Experience with digital commerce analytics, including funnel and conversion analysis, pricing and promotional measurement, merchandising, product mix, or marketplace performance.

• Familiarity with experimentation and incrementality measurement, digital analytics or clickstream data, and business intelligence tools such as Sigma is a plus.

• Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.

This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $155,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.

In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.

These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
