About your manager

Petr Chadima leads our Technology Consulting team focused on Financial Services. Throughout his career, he has worked on large-scale transformation programmes for both Czech and international clients. He believes that great results come from working with exceptional people and building strong teams. Outside of work, he enjoys creating handcrafted wooden projects and spending time with his family.

Job description & summary

Are you an experienced technology consultant looking to take the next step in your career? Join our Technology Consulting team and help deliver impactful business and technology transformation projects for leading organisations.

• Co-lead projects across the full project lifecycle, from analysis and solution design to testing, implementation, and change management.

• Support clients in defining business and technology strategies to achieve their transformation goals.

• Actively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

• Coordinate project teams and mentor junior colleagues within your area of expertise.

• Drive requirement gathering, solution validation, and delivery planning activities.

• Help bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities.

• Contribute to business development activities, including proposals, client presentations, and pre-sales initiatives.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding existing client engagements.

• Support project governance activities and ensure quality delivery standards.

• Participate in the development of innovative consulting offerings and methodologies.

What matters to us

• 2–5 years of experience in a consulting environment, ideally within Management or Technology Consulting.

• Proven track record of delivering projects with a strong technology component.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.

• Experience within the Financial Services, Utilities, or Automotive industries.

• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak.

What will help you stand out

• Experience working on large-scale business or IT transformation programmes.

• Understanding of business process optimisation and operating model design.

• Experience with stakeholder management in complex organisational environments.

• Knowledge of Agile delivery approaches and PMO practices.

• Advanced presentation and storytelling skills.

• Experience supporting business development, proposal creation, and pre-sales activities.
