Senior Credit Disputes Specialist

As a Senior Credit Disputes Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and compliant consumer credit reporting.
You will investigate and resolve both direct and indirect credit disputes while working closely with credit reporting agencies and internal teams.
The role requires strong knowledge of credit bureau processes, e-Oscar, Metro 2 reporting, and applicable regulatory requirements.
You will analyze complex account information, transaction histories, and reporting data to identify discrepancies and determine appropriate resolutions.
Working in a digital-first environment, you will use technology and internal resources to resolve disputes efficiently and maintain high service levels.
